Brendan utilizes a comprehensive and hands-on approach to physical therapy.  You are not “just another number” – you will be cared for and treated with an individualized plan of care. Each patient has unique goals, and it is the responsibility of the therapist/patient team to work towards them together. He has extensive experience with myofascial release, trigger points, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization, and many other manual therapy techniques to maximize your outcome.  As an avid exerciser himself, he develops a personalized therapeutic exercise routine for his patients from his own seemingly endless database to create a thorough and evidence-based plan of care.

When not in the clinic, you can usually find him running around Bergen County or spending time with his wife and two young children.  He enjoys skiing, reading, spending time at the beach, and working on projects around the house.
